This great artist was born in Doncaster in 1961 and later moved to Troon in Ayrshire, Scotland.
Following a near fatal motorbike accident in 1983 he was left with crippling back injuries, rendering him virtually housebound for nearly a decade, during this difficult time his weight increased to 22 stone.
Eventually his health improved sufficiently that he started going out again, and a friend persuaded him to go to a karaoke pub, here he discovered his love of, and his great talent for singing.
He particularly liked to sing the Meat Loaf songs that had helped him through the difficult times. He also looked very similar to Meat Loaf, and people were constantly commenting on this uncanny resemblance. As a result he decided to set up a Meat Loaf tribute that is now recognized (by Meat Loaf) to be the best tribute in Europe. A true Meat Loaf tribute!
